Leather Collar with Metal Studs Black Adjustable

Length of leather: 16.25 inches / 41.28 cm x 0.75" wide Closes at 14.75" on the smallest hole, then 15.25, 14.50, and closes at 15" on the largest hole. This collar has 4 different closing points. Comes with a metal O-Ring and has 5 metal spikes on either side of the O-Ring.
